This policy explains how Hillblends & Co. ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with hillblends.in and our orders. We are a small-batch pickle maker based in Mokokchung, Nagaland. We collect only what is needed to respond to feedback and to prepare, pack and deliver your order — nothing is sold to third parties, and nothing is used for advertising.

This website does not have an account system, checkout or payment gateway. The only form on the site is the feedback form, which asks for your name, an optional email address and your message. When you submit it, that information is sent to us through a third-party form service called Web3Forms, which processes the submission and delivers it to us by email. We use this information only to read and, where relevant, respond to your feedback.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website — for example, which pages are viewed and how people arrive at the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as your approximate location, device and browser type, and pages visited. Orders are not placed through this website. When you reach out to us by WhatsApp, phone call or email to place an order, we collect the details needed to fulfil it — typically your name, phone number, delivery address and pincode, and the products, quantities and price you've agreed with us. This exchange happens directly on WhatsApp, over the phone, or by email, and is also subject to that platform's own privacy practices (for example, WhatsApp is operated by Meta).

We do not process online payments through this website. Payment instructions are shared with you directly once order details are confirmed, and we do not store card or bank details on our own systems.

How we use your information

• To read and respond to feedback submitted through the website
• To confirm, prepare, pack and deliver an order you've placed with us
• To share the minimum necessary delivery details (recipient name, phone number, address, pincode) with our courier partner so your order can reach you

• ML Enterprise, our delivery partner — receives recipient name, address, phone number and pincode to deliver your order
• Communication platforms you choose to contact us on (WhatsApp, phone network, email provider) — governed by that platform's own privacy policy

We do not share your information with anyone else, except where required by law.

Data retention

We keep order and feedback information only for as long as needed to fulfil an order, resolve any related issue, and meet our accounting or food-safety record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you at any time, subject to what we're legally required to retain.
