Order confirmation
Orders are confirmed directly with us through WhatsApp, phone or email. Before payment, we will confirm the products, quantities, availability, total price, shipping charge and delivery details with you.
Advance payment
Advance payment is required for confirmed orders before preparation and dispatch. This website does not contain an online checkout or payment gateway; payment instructions are provided directly after the order details are agreed.
Preparation time
Preparation may begin on the same day or the next day depending on the time the order is confirmed, product availability and the size of the order. Larger orders may require additional preparation time, which we will discuss with you before confirmation.
Where we deliver
We accept deliveries across India where courier service is available for the destination pincode. Our current delivery partner is ML Enterprise. Service availability may differ by location.
Shipping charges and delivery time
Shipping charges are confirmed with you before payment. Delivery times are estimates and can vary by destination, courier movement, weather, holidays, local conditions or other circumstances outside our direct control.
Delivery details
Please provide a complete and accurate recipient name, phone number, address and pincode. Delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information may require additional courier charges before resending.
Packaging and delivery issues
Orders are heat-sealed and packed for handling and long-distance delivery. If an order arrives damaged, leaking, incomplete or different from what was confirmed, contact us as soon as possible with the order details and clear photos so we can review the issue with you.
